The physical practice is just one aspect - yoga also includes special breathing, philosophy and meditation. Depennding on how deep you want to go, you chose yourself what layers you want to play with.

I'm a global gypsy, exploring different places and cultures in the world, soaking in the atmoshphere and collecting local gems. 

 

I've practiced yoga for almost 4 years now - and it has taken the quality of my life to a completely new level! I'm happier, healthier, and feel more inspired and empowered than ever. 

 

Today, I'm excited to share the tools & concepts I was able to collect from the dozens of teachers I met along the journey.
